The Ottawa Valley Curling Association is the regional governing body for the sport of curling in the Ottawa valley region of Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. The O.V.C.A was founded in 1957. It operates a number of bonspiels, most notably the City of Ottawa Men’s Bonspiel which occurs every March. It is one of the largest bonspiels in the World, and has been running annually since 1956.

The Ontario Curling Association is the governing body of curling in Southern Ontario. Northern Ontario is governed by the Northern Ontario Curling Association. The OCA sends a team to represent Team Ontario at all major Canadian Championships except the Scott Tournament of Hearts. The NOCF sends a separate team to all of these events except the Hearts. At the Hearts, a unified Ontario team is sent and it is governed by the Ontario Ladies’ Curling Association.

The Canadian Curling Association (CCA) is a Canadian organization responsible for encouraging and facilitating growth and development of the sport of curling. The CCA is associated with more than a dozen provincial and territorial curling associations across the country. The CCA was created in 1990 when Curl Canada and the Canadian Ladies’ Curling Association amalgamated.
